Seems a few people asking for this and I couldn't find it searching online, so I made this little mod.
Literally just gives you a new AMMO option in the chem station menu, which includes the above 5 ammo. It creates stacks of 20 for a modest materials cost. Requires up to 3 science to create them all.
Download and enable with vortex or just stick the esp in your FO4 "Data" folder. Don't forget to then enable via the in-game main menu.
