Integrates Items from McMillan CS5 - A Standalone Sniper Rifle into Standalone Workbenches.

This Mod Integrates ajhakra's McMillan CS5 - A Standalone Sniper Rifle items with bionicyardiff's Standalone Workbenches.
Most Mods tend to use the Chem Station to add their craftables, which usually clutters it a bit too much for my taste.
In the case of this mod, it doesn't add any craftable weapons.
However, I personally rather craft stuff anyways.. so I changed that.
- Added crafting recipe for the Rifle and moved it into the Weaponsmith Workbench.
Also tweaked the mod a bit just for my tastes:
- Tweaked the ammo stats just a little.
This one required making a recipe from scratch for the Rifle, so the resources required are based off of the scrapping recipe from the most basic setup.
I have other mods in mind to integrate from those that I personally use, however I don't mind accepting some requests.
