This addon adds advanced mods to weapons from Institute Technology Overhaul mod
(I originally thought about making a mod that would change the commando or heavy gunner perk making recoil with those two perks reduce 80% recoil)
*currently this addon adds only 1 modification to defender rifle (advanced recoil compensating stock) which makes it significantly reduced recoil but not so much compared to handmade rifle *at least that's what I saw after testing
to create it requires commando perk 4 (which I think is probably a good way to do what I explained above)
