Better Wait Menu

Stop wasting time waiting. Two all-new key listeners: left and right movement keys increase/decrease wait duration by 12 hours per press. Maximum wait duration increased to 99 hours, and no more slow, hourly 'ticks' of time while waiting. Optional console command to enable waiting anywhere.

Weapon Accuracy Redone for VR

I've made adjustments to the spread and recoil of all weapons while still keeping the game balanced (E.G; rifle stocks are still worth it). Intended for FO4VR, obviously ruins balance of regular Fallout 4.
