   Really cool place! Oddly enough, I've used that area in one playthrough, and i think that empty area at the end of the dam could be a nice place for a small market.

      I totally forgot to mention i think this is the first time I've seen someone use the actual dam though, so that was a really cool bridge base ?

      I used the Mod Conquest (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12511) and found the area I really liked, So just found the dam and Improvised the Settlement, using many mods for Settlement Building.
