3 new small quests, new lever action gun, new player home, and cool loot.
Quest 1 starts by reading some notes on/next to dead couples' bodies, near work-pod(camper) outside Abernathy Farm
Quest 2 starts by reading a note posted on the blue mayor sign inside Diamond city.
The player home is on the shoreline (beach) of Easy City Downs (note on a table near the door)
Quest 3: starts by reading a note in the Goodneighbor shacks
Lots of cool loot to find, the player home is fully furnished and has all needed workbenches.
Read all notes and messages.
