A step in the right direction but a bullet entering the water would splash the water more caotically. Also, this animation ends abruptly, like it isn't finished. Does the mod affect other projectiles and explosions?
This is a mesh replacement, Bethesda's engine seems to work like this. Try to shoot with a shotgun in the water, you will only see one or two splashes, the same thing happens with automatic weapons.
yassssssssssssssssssss. ive seen other modders attempt to do this. one issue tho. if you fire into too deep of water. the splash effect will render on the water directly above where the bullet will hit in the ground under the water. so it will appear that the splash effect doesnt line up with where the bullet actaully lands
