A settlement with Institute and Minutemen themes. My campaign is entirely pro Minutemen support but I also wanted to make a new home for the Institute refugees, logic being they weren't quite ready to adapt to living on the surface yet. I used the Portable Cloning Device mod to create settler copies of the Institute NPCs as well to populate the settlement.
