Gun For Hire, the follow up to February 2020's mod of the month, Crime and Punishment, not only does it's release loom closer and closer, but it's content is growing at a pace that is without words.

And for once, I am not going to say a single thing to explain what you're about to see. I am going to leave it to your eyes and ears to pick up all of the subtle and not so subtle layers of what Gun For Hire's squadmate system is capable of doing. And what you are seeing and hearing here? It is just a small slice of what it is capable of doing. ;)

Watch and enjoy. No really... You WANT to watch this.

PS: Yes, I know my framerate sucks. I know my graphics look like crap. I dev on an old laptop. Just let that slide... LOL!

    Guessing this is gonna conflict with other no death/respawn type mods.  Is it just the old load screen if your squad can't get you back up?

      It doesnt have to conflict with those other mods, no. This is something that can be enabled/disabled in the holotape. And yes, if not using it, it is the player death, as normal, ala load screen. Unless one has one of those other mods installed to handle the player being essential.

      Cool.  I keep hoping for something where your squad can get you up, but if your squad goes down then you go down and you wake up somewhere nearby in a ditch with all your stuff stolen.  Any other time I tried to combine mods to get that they were all changing how the game handles the player running out of health and they conflicted and didn't work.  Maybe that will change with this fantastic mod!
