Construction on a weapon mod for Fallout 4 continues! In Stage 1 we determined that the weapon will be a Sniper Rifle at the very least, now we hammer out the details on everything from the ammo type to the design.

For those of you that are new, Build a Mod Workshop is where I make a weapon mod where the community decides all the features. It's also hosted by Xander on Youtube lol. The top voted for features are put together to create the weapon. Then I will model, texture, and animate the weapon based around these details.
Last week we narrowed down the basics of the weapon to be a Sniper Rifle. We've done this before, about seven months ago the community created the Heavy Select Shotgun, was very interesting lol.
Since this is a weapon that is being put together by the community, I figured I should open it up to the Nexus as well since this is where it will be posted. I didn't post the Stage 1 video here last week, this is the first time I'm doing it.

In the last Build a Mod Workshop, the Heavy Select Shotgun was created by my Youtube and Facebook friends.

    I would love to see something that fires a ballistic round and an energy blast of some kind.

    With the combined hits punching through in different ways, 'ignoring' some armour and maybe a unique legendary variant that ignores some of the race's resistance.

    At the workbench you choose laser/plasma/cryo/rads for the energy barrel and a ballistic ammo type for the ballistic barrel.
    One above the other, choice to delay one of them to create at headstart for the other.
    Slow reload.

    Think freezing a limb and shattering it immediately after, or burning or discintergrating an area before the ballistic projectile hits.
