say salutations to a new fallout 4 gameplay. i recognized that my previous fallout vids were low fps annoyance, and got a lot of replies of lag & stutter. but my old laptop that i used to play heavy games for 6 years is history, and now i got a brand new high up to date spec pc. although i have to start back to the bottom to get all the mods some are gone. but anyways. *enjoy*
