Electroluminescent wires between the lamps indicate supply lines.

Lamps color meaning is as follows:

Dark - Workshop not owned by player
Blinking Green (Fast) - Updating workshop stats
Steady Green - Workshop OK
Steady Red - Workshop Error: Workshop array damaged, workshop Location mistagged, some other error...
Steady Orange - Caution: Missing beds, insufficient defenses
Blinking Red (Slow) - Warning: Happiness < 30%, water and/or food shortage
Blinking Red (Fast) - Alarm: Settlement under attack, happiness < 25%
