It was a heck of a fight to get to the Boston City Library, so I wasn't expecting the war to continue once we got inside. Super Mutants were apparently trying to take over the building, coming up from the subway below. For Daisy over in Goodneighbor, we return her book, and clear the entire place out. Seems like some survivors were trying to save the building from the Super Mutants as well, but in the end they failed before we even got there.
