   Oh you don't know...Give the "Big Boy" Fatman to a companion without having the perk, yet
   for companions not to hurt you. xD
   
   But that's most likely the issue here. Your companions are the reason
   it's getting out of hand.
   Companions are pretty good tanks for you, but they also attract
   attention pretty rutheless. (And we all do know how bad vanilla AI is, at least without any mods)
   Especially if you didn't donload the
   "better companions" fix so they can sneak, too.
