Sorry for the laggyness, its entirely cause of using OBS to record the footage, not from the mod, also im 99% sure the reason colter isnt engaging the fight with my character is cause the voice files are missing in my game (this is MY GAME ONLY) i havent had anyone tell me that colter is broken yet so im assuming this is cause of me downloading the japanese voice files and nuka-worlds either not correctly downloading or downloading at all,
