Plot:
A ragtag group of ex-gunners and raiders have rigged several explosives around the Commonwealth Gulf. Should the Brotherhood of Steel or the Minutemen intervene their operations will result the destruction of The Commonwealth.

A group of civilians have been taken hostages during a crossfire with the Super Mutants. Now they must make haste in derailing their operations while attempting to find ways of communicating nearby Minutemen and Brotherhood of Steel Forces.
