   Great video. Very helpful. My only new issue is that my Norton 360 program tells me that this SKSE file is malicious and immediately deletes it once I download and try to unpack it.

      You can add it to it's exclusion list. Never had to do it myself (and each AV apparently has different ways to add items to it's "good" list) so I'm not personally sure how to do it. Google something like, "how to whitelist programs in norton 360".
