Spring Cleaning time. No, not the mod. The Season. Some of my sim settlements are in need of some repairs, re-arrangement and general sprucing up. Plus I need to add the new motel from JBRyant Tower add-on.

I'm not much more than a weekend armchair YouTuber though, so don't expect much. These are in fact raw feeds from my installed, miserable (and free) OBS Studio software.
