Simply makes the "Police Public Call Box" sign on the various Unusual Call Boxes illuminate at night.

I thought it was strange that all the telephones booths have brightly lit signs at night but the police boxes dotted around the world don't. This is a simple material edit that makes the sign on police boxes illuminate at night.
Currently unable to make the lantern on top illuminate, as the lantern and the windows of the police box share a very common material used on various windows all throughout the game and I would have to break the precombined meshes of the world to change it. However, I have included a glow map for the lantern as a modder's resource.
