Blueprint for London Bridge Settlement, using slot 42.
Fully paved upper bridge, meaning little chance of your tenants falling through the holes to their deaths! Except for the parts we don't own. Zoning laws and all that.
Four shoppes for travelers to stop at on the bridge, earning you plenty of tickets! Do note that the employees of the upper shops (general and clothing) complain about the steps and may not be manning their posts. Recommend strike breakers.
Rest stops for weary wanderers. Cafe with some amount of quality stars. Benches overlooking the water and the terrifying array of robotic death turrets that keep the bridge safe.
Frugal wooden village on the water beneath the bridge, complete with electricity and outhouses! Fully* furnished! Clinic with low prices for work injuries. Pier with one (1) boat. Do not ask what happened to the other boat. There was never a second boat.
Fertile soil used to grow crops of all types! (Po)tatos, corn, razorgrain, mutfruit, and more! Definitely carefully planned, and not at all haphazardly thrown around in the limited space by a designer who was suffering from acute radiation sickness over the course of a playthrough! I mean, that one over there is glowing, that's probably normal!
Greenhouse for more exotic plants. Aster, Strawb(erries), Nettle, Pox! Also Carrots. Fully sealed and functional! Don't mind the gap in the roof.
