Created for my environment where I travel between Commonwealth and London.
Adds the Fallout London faction to the Appearance Forces of Random Encounter Manager by SKK.
Added London faction to the list and added variations encountered during random encounters.
I did not remove the FormIDs that were included in the original list content, so you may encounter the Commonwealth faction in London, or you may encounter the London faction when you return to the Commonwealth.
It is just a patch and requires the original (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/42081).
