Just a simple mod to increase the S.P.E.C.I.A.L points the player can assign at character creation. Vanilla is 21 assignable(28) total. There are five files. 7 additional points for 28 assignable(35 total). 12 additional(40 total) Same as Fallout New Vegas 20 (48 Total) 56 (63 Total) 70 Max out all Skills Two file versions available: Esl flagged Esp Esl in the optional files.
