So I’ve replaced every perk icon but the traits with a new default icon. The big goal was no more vault boy, so I Think I succeeded .
I've also replaced several further perks with their vanilla counter parts for further compatibility, and added ricochet to just fill out the roster a bit.
Big things I'm planning on doing include further perk icon updates and rewrites. I'm debating removing or reworking ammo mechanics as fallout london already has ammo crafting, and I'm considering what to do about there being two trait menus.
Have you ever wished for a more traditional, classic leveling system? Well, I have good news for you!
I’ve ported the fnv skills system mod made by yoyoma3010 to folon! I’ve reworked perks like gunslinger and old world gourmet to work better with folon! I've also redrawn the skills to fit the folon UI (perks to come later; these things take time, and I gotta do like 88 of 'em without help, speaking of which, I would appreciate it if any willing artists want to contribute). I've also swapped some fnv perks with their folon counterparts and included other vanilla perks from folon for compatibility but I've made sure not to include perks like the special training as that defeats the point of this mod.
Unfortunately, there are now two trait menus that pop up at the start, there's nothing I can do about this. I guess you just choose which traits you want to use and avoid doubling up.
this requires fnv skills system and levelupmenuEx
to install install the required first and then I recommend manually installing my port and having the files replace the original ones. I'm not sure if it'll install correctly in a mod manager. Do let me know though.
Huge credit to yoyoma3010 for allowing me to port and rework his mod for Fallout London.
Huge credit also to Neanka for creating levelupmenuex, which the original mod and this port are built around.
