If you are new to modding Fallout New Vegas this video may well be just the thing to get you started. I have revised my original Fallout New Vegas tutorial so that it is up to date with the latest mods and tools. This video will take you through the installation of tools such as NVSE and the Unified HUD Project, and help you improve your user interface dramatically.

    i just downloaded a mod that said nothing else was required to use i downloaded it but how do i install it? does it automatically install once i download it? the mod is endless warfare btw

    Is there a webpage listing what you've done or does one have to watch the videos and pause and replay continuously?

    08:15 you do knot need to do that when you star the nexus mod manager NMM for the first time you get asked for the location of the mods and the Install Info folder i have mine in
    Steamsteamappscommonfallout new vegasmods
    Steamsteamappscommonfallout new vegasmodsInstall Info

    you can copy DUINVv04.7z in to the mods folder the if you have the NMM open and you do not see the mod then click change game then select fallout new vegas and press ok and then DarNified UI will show up in the mod list

    i do not like One HUD but Alystin on the bethsoft forums has mad a mod to add the Darnified UI Info Panels

    Simply awesome. I am really looking forward to NV modding now that it has reached its maturity peak. These videos will be most valuable for that.
    All I am waiting now is a NMM with mod categories option as it is impossible for me to deal with so many mods without this feature (and it had been a FoMM feature for so long)

    Thanks Gopher, your videos have been a huge help to me. I've had hearing issues all my life, so huge thanks for speaking so clearly, it can be extremely difficult to understand people who don't enunciate as well as you do. Sorry if it is rude to ask, but could you release a list of mods you regularly use other than the ones in your videos for NV?

    Thanks for this, after watching i went from 2 HUD mods to 5. I just wish I knew you made these before I tried to get ArchiveInvalidation working. God, what a nightmare that was....

    1 question though, how did you change the main menu background image?
