Lets you export textures from Substance Painter into textures the game can use. (Minus converting it to .dds obviously.) (The screenshot is just an example of a retexture exported using this preset)
Reflection Map (_r): It's just a renamed specular map.
Normal (_n): Same as Fallout 4, except instead of the blue channel being empty it's a solid 128 blue. (The preset ignores the blue channel) Blue channel isn't read at all by the game you can ignore the normal maps looking different from the base game's normal maps.
Diffuse (_d): The diffuse texture.
I was too dumb to figure this out 3 years ago lol. Might upgrade the bad retextures I did back then with actual lighting maps instead of just changing the diffuse.
