Does as it says, removes the obnoxious 3D pop up that plays when you recieve a piece of legendary gear.

While in search of making the cleanest HUD I could while playing there was always 1 thing had really bothered me, that damn 3D pop up and now I am free thanks to Annorexorcist!
To "install" just add the lines in the text file into your Fallout76Custom.ini file (found in "Documents\My Games\Fallout 76")
I also highly recommend using "HUDEditor" by Annorexorcist if you, like me, love both a clean U.I and customizability!
