Overhauls the look of the Raider Waster apparel item. For women characters only, EVB required.

This started as a simple personal project that I did not intend to post, but I've put enough effort into it at this point so why the hell not.
You might be thinking, this is awfully specific? Why the Waster outfit? Why make this at all? Well, see, I've recently become drunk with power after learning the basics of Nifskope and Outfit Studio and am obsessed with making custom outfits. And specifically, Fallout 76 has posed unique challenges with it's modding limitations that have made working on outfits for it especially interesting to me. Why specifically the Waster outfit? Well, because I didn't want to replace any non-raider outfits to avoid any weird incongruous fashion choices among Settlers, and I settled on the Waster because it's just Gage's outfit ported from FO4, and so it could use some sprucing up.
Currently only for women characters, although I'm not opposed to making a male version, just only if someone's actually interested in one. For male characters you'll just see the vanilla outfit. Since it's an apparel item, it can be worn over armor.
You will also probably notice some clipping issues, particularly around the torso. I've done my best to minimize it but compromises had to be made, like for example, I deleted some vertices that would pop out of the chestwrap while aiming down sights in 3rd person, but after that when you get into a bed you'll see a seam pop out during the laying down animation. It's perfectly fine for regular gameplay, I've used it for a long while and I do not find it distracting at all.
This mod requires EVB for body textures, but features no nudity on it's own. All assets used (except for EVB torso) are from vanilla, so no additional textures are required.
