Swaps Black Powder Pistol to Pilgrim Musket, also removed part of the texture that would glitch and float behind the weapon. Pilgrim Musket is an unreleased weapon in the files that swaps perfectly with the black powder pistol. Maybe we will see it as a skin in the atom shop at some point.
