Changes the floor from the ugly concrete to dark wood laminate.

Changes the floor of the Iron Mountain Anvil prefab from the ugly white concrete to the dark wood laminate skin for foundations.
NOTE: it also changes the little concrete supports on the stairs to the same texture but I am extremely lazy and its not an issue for me as its usually sunk into the ground anyways.
