Installation: Download the mod file from above "FILES" tab, and extract the .7z file. Place the .ba2 file into your Fallout76/Data folder, and the correct .ba2 file name to your Fallout76Custom.ini file. [Archive] sResourceArchive2List = ~~.ba2, ~~.ba2, LegendaryPickSounds.ba2, ~~.ba2, etc.
