Changes the Veil of Secrets to the Communist Militant mask - with optional black retexture!

Did you know the Communist Militant outfit was blue? Well, its slate, but its not really grey, and its definitely not black. Makes it hard for mods that replace different accessories with it match your outfits. Well, I decided to fix that.
But mainly, this mod replaces the Veil of Secrets with the Communist Militant mask. There's a mod on here that changes the surgical mask, but I like the base surgical mask. It fits a lot of outfits. So, instead, I replace the Veil, with to people without the mod still looks fine so, woo.
Either way, enjoy. Always a fan of drip.
