Based on More Enclave Mods by GSCBrowning (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout76/mods/2970?tab=files). same skin, just removed the leftover green go on the helmet and adapted it for the matte black equalizer paint (replaces matte black equalizer with clean Vulcan). i couldn't figure out how to change the jetpack (i don't think equalizer has it's own jetpack skin). when placing it on the Vulcan PA you get the appropriate jetpack
