replaces the static sound the Broken Radio makes when its off with the looping song from the Portal Radio!
you can still turn this radio on, it will sound terrible because the portal music will play with appalachia radio, not recommended for ears.
also, sometimes it seems to be a little fast or a little slower than normal, but it's a broken radio so i left it like that.
