Replaces the standard assaultron blade and assault rifle skins, as well as the Bats assault rifle skin and Tricentennial 10mm, with the red/yellow "Settler" paintjob.

Due to the Bats AR skin only affecting the rifle itself and none of the attachments, I cannot upload a complete standalone swap for that without touching the base AR skin.
