As I did not make this save editor, i don't think its my place to tell other people how they can and cant use it.
File credits
I wish I could credit the original maker of this mod, but I have no clue who that is.This file was recovered from a 10-15 year old flash drive. If anyone wants me to take this down, I will without complaint. I fully admit I didnt make this and dont know who did.

A save editor for Fallout Tactics, this editor is for changing the stats/perks/whatever of your squad characters. To use the editor you must show it the location of your fallout tactics save folder. Example: C:\Users\Timot\Desktop\Interplay\Fallout Tactics\core\user\save (thats where mine are atleast)
I did not make this save editor, I am simply uploading it here on the Nexus so others can use it and so it is not lost to time.
