Uncaps the frame rate for the cutscenes, as well as removes the black bars on the top and the sides for widescreen resolutions.
Known issues/artifacts;
the co-op client player will likely experience de-sync as this mod disables the cutscene check, which in FC6, hardcodes the frame rate of everything in the cutscene.
Some cutscenes may repeat, in my entire playthrough of the game, this happened once, and I think it was caused by a saving error, rather than de-sync.
Pre-rendered cutscenes are still locked at 30fps
This mod also removes the black bars on the top(and the sides for widescreen), so you may see things that weren't meant to be seen such as the camera being underground or actors walking off the mo-cap set.
If you see any cutscenes that don't have an unlocked frame rate, let me know in the unedited cutscenes bug thread. An easy way to spot a missing one is to check if the black bars on the top and bottom are removed. If they are, then it's uncapped, if not, it's capped.
