Howdy!
The goal is to have every Mexican Pro player available in FIFA 23 Offline modes (main intent is for Career mode).
Since the intention is for this to be applied in Career mode, they're all at a young age (exception to Oribe). So far I have five players available:

This is stock Title Update with only changes being that of the created players and face changes from specifice to generic ones as noted below:
