Upscales Noctis's textures, including more natural lips and handmade eye textures.

Overview:
Noct deserves good textures, so I decided to try and give him some! This mod upscales his face and hair textures to 1K each, and gives him brand-new handmade eye textures. I reduced the 'lipstick' look his standard textures give him and also adjusted his face multi so that it better aligns with his lips.
All textures included in this mod were either upscaled from vanilla assets by me or were otherwise made by me.
Please note: the hair textures from this mod will not affect the player-wearable version of Noct's hair. You'll need another mod for that.
