A muscular torso for midlander-based and highlanders.
Has an IVCS and a non IVCS version.
The IVCS2 version uses the physics settings from TBSE-X IVCS2.
Install Instructions;
1. Install The Body SE
2. Install The Body SE-Q for the torso (or put it at a higher priority for Penumbra)
Optional: Install different torsos or legs to your liking. I use the textures below and The Body SE-X for my bottoms. Now also includes SE-Q with more muscular thighs and calves, based on TBSE-X.

The IVCS 1.0+ version will not work, and make body parts look saggy / displaced. You need to download IVCS 2.0+ for it to work properly.
For a more defined look, I recommend using the Hunk Textures (extra veiny if you like veins) from Red here; https://www.nexusmods.com/finalfantasy14/mods/1255

This body mod follows the permissions accorded by The Body SE ; any paid mod including a TBSE-Q version must go free after 6 months max.
