Because I can't let go of the past I decided to swap out the title card for something more nostalgic.
Installation: Assuming you have SpecialK installed, place the DDS file included in the archive into Shteam\steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY XV\SK_Res\inject
Uninstallation: Yeetus deletus that pesky DDS file that you placed in Shteam\steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY XV\SK_Res\inject
