* My game was from CODEX if you have CODEX game then go to game directory and open "CODEX.ini" or "Steam_emu.ini" with notepad and check where you save data is located....
I tried it on Steam version and it's working too...[ Need to disable Steam cloud save for first ]
Location for Steam save is ( C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\user id\637650\remote\gameplay )

All 13 royal arms are unlocked
All skills and weapons are unlocked
Noctis has Ultimate Armiger unlocked
All ability like Fishing of Noctis, Photoshoot of Prompto, Cooking of Ignis and Gladio's Survival skills are maxxed
All foods are unlocked
All Hunting and Side Quests, Timed Quests are done and hunting rank is 9
Has more than 999 Million Gil
The car ( Regalia ) all upgrades are unlocked.. You can take it to air or in wild both
* NOTE - This is save only for main game and not for Episode Ardyn, Episode Ignis, Episode Prompto or Mulitiplier Expansion or any DLC related.
** I dont understand how many people complaining that save file isn't working but evertime I tried with my save or other players save file, it works without any problems, all you have to do is simply put my saves in right location, My location is ( C:\Users\username\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XV\Steam\random numbers\savestorage\gameplay )
and for CODEX location it should be in ( C:\Users\Public\Documents\Steam\CODEX\637650 )
**Request : I wanna play Ghost of Tsushima
but it's too expensive for me
