This mod makes S ranks more easily obtainable by lowering the score threshold at which the game grants the ranking. They are not handed out for free, so some degree of skill is still required. S ranks are now slightly more demanding than the original A ranks and the new A ranks have been slightly nerfed as well.
The change has been made for those wishing to challenge the Kairos Gate secret boss more consistently. Scores are calculated the same as in the original game, so those wishing to push leaderboards can still do so without worring that it has been affected.
P.S.: I will not make a version in which S ranks are granted for free. The main idea behind the making of this mod was to allow more freedom in skill selection without worrying too much about making the best build to farm hard S ranks. Now any build should be able to get S ranks as long as the player knows the fundamentals of the scoring system, understands the combat mechanics and doesn't die (especially if using difficulty mods).
