Changelogs
Version 1.2.0
Added a second customizable turbo mode
You can put it on hold or toggle, and it won't affect your first turbo
You can set a different speed value for the second turbo
You can set a different keybind for the second turbo
Improved keyboard input system behind the scenes
Press a dedicated keybind (default: Period) to activate Turbo Mode.
Turbo Mode speeds up FFXVI by about 2.5x, depending on the current situation and on your system's specs by a custom speed value (default: 2.00x), which can be changed at runtime through the mod configuration menu. This works for every part of the game, except for prerendered cutscenes (this is NOT a speedhack). In-engine cutscenes work fine, although they go a bit slower than gameplay, probably for performance reasons.
You can customize the keybind to any keyboard button, and you can make the activation mode a hold (default) or a toggle. The keyboard input works through a global key interceptor.
If you want to bind the Turbo Mode to a custom controller input, you can use SteamInput or similar alternatives to bind the Period key (or any other key you set in the mod config menu as Turbo key) to your desired controller button or combination. I will not be adding native controller support on this one, as building a key combination input system is out of scope for this mod.
