While working on High-Detail World Map, I noticed that the remaining vanilla animations just didn't fit with the high quality textures that were now replaced. So this mod's aim was to replace those animations with ones where it wasn't easily apparent that they were done with square sprite sheets shooting across on top of the world textures. However, editing these animations is much trickier than replacing almost any other texture in the entire game, which is why this mod is the only attempt at redoing these animations in 20+ years of FF7 PC modding.
However, the blended nature of these animations contrasts in visibility with the original animations to the opposite extreme. In the original animations, you can easily see them no matter what angle and no matter how zoomed out you are - which will not be the case with this mod.
