This mod allows you to Craft Items without needing to have any material.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not use the “Check Materials” option in the “Craft Items” menu, the game will stay on that screen and you will not be able to exit.
You can only create Items one at a time, you cannot choose to craft multiple Items.
INSTRUCTIONS
Extract and put the .PAK .UCAS .UTOC into the ~mods folder.
If the ~mods folder does not exist, create it and it will work.
