Makes Chocobos blind. Also gives you x3 dash speed for the minigame. Gotta go fast!

Known Issues:
- The stealth protorelic section seems to be treating the bandits as 'chocobos' to re-use the catching code, which makes it incomplete-able. Just turn it off before doing that.
- There's issues with the Cosmo Canyon catch where the chocos seem to have special coding to notice anything away from the rail cart or switches. You can just push the cart the whole way with them ignoring you, but can't leave the cart without being caught.
Extract into:
O:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH\End\Content\Paks
Or:
O:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH\End\Content\Paks\~mods
The `~mods` folder isn't required, but it can help to organize things.
Adjust path as required, the paths here are from my system which will obviously differ from others given most don't have an O: drive.
Conflicts with anything that alters:
- End\Content\DataObject\Resident\ChocoboCaptureCommonParameter.uasset
- End\Content\DataObject\Resident\ChocoboCaptureLocationParameter.uasset
Made for the Steam version of the game. For version whatever the initial release is.
It may work for other platforms, that's untested, and I have no real way of supporting it unless someone wants to gift me it on EGS, but even then, I don't wanna have to install icky EGS. YMMV.
