Tifa's eyes in Rebirth felt a little too auburn and not quite red enough for my tastes.
This mod makes them a slightly brighter shade of red, adding a little extra pop to her every glance - especially when paired with @Misberave's amazing Tifa Smokey Cateyes Makeup mod!
