PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION. YOU WILL NEED AT LEAST 2 FILES.

By request, 144+ FPS videos and cutscenes:
29.97003 FPS videos have been interpolated 5x to 149.8501 FPS
59.940046 FPS videos have been interpolated 3x to 179.8202 FPS
Improved over the 60fps version of my mod, with a better scene cut tolerance for high-speed action, resulting in near to zero chopiness.
All files remain at their original resolution, which are mostly 1080p, but lower for some clips like Chadley Comms or videos being played on a screen in-game.
CHOOSE THE FILES ACCORDINGLY:
Region-Free Base: These videos do not have any specific language to them. This should be used as the base. These also include Chadley Comms.
US Videos: When there is a file with both a US and Japanese version, the US version is used.
Japanese Videos: When there is a file with both a US and Japanese version, the Japanese version is used.
Ending: The ending is available in German and French, as well.
If you are playing in German or French, choose the US Videos.
These files do not conflict and can all be installed at the same time.
The only videos I did not interpolate are the few and far between HDR Videos, and the Battle/Field tutorials. There is currently no AI model that I know of that can process HDR videos, and it doesn't sit right to me to crush the colors down to non-HDR. All HDR videos are at 60fps regardless, so there shouldn't be too much of a jarring effect. As for the Battle and Field tutorials, there are 705 of them and I have to do each video manually. There is a slim chance that I would one day be crazy enough to do this but it is a huge amount of work compared to the appreciation I would get out of them.
Compatible with Vortex
Manual Installation:
BACKUP AND REPLACE ALL FILES CONTAINED IN THIS MOD. (Best to just backup the entire Movie folder)
Technical Notes:
RIFE 4.26 3x and 5x Non-CUDA interpolated cutscenes and clips using FlowFrames transferred directly to Very High quality MKV VP9 via Very Slow encoder, bypassing Handbrake and retaining full color and audio information while decreasing file size in most cases. Use "-vf scale=out_range=pc -color_range pc" in ffmpeg when exporting for correct colors.
