I noticed the Shinra spec ops soldiers had some pretty neat armor so I stole it and made it an outfit for Barret!
Replaces either of Barret's outfits!
Installation:
(Do Not Install with any other outfit replacers for the same outfit!)
-Create a folder named '~mods' inside your game's 'Paks' folder (if you don't already have one)
-Download this mod's files and drop them all into that '~mods' folder wherever your game is installed
example: 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH\End\Content\Paks\~mods'
-You're Done!
