I'm pretty sure not every single mod made goes in the same folder, it might overwrite some files and would like to know what it overwrites and thus why all mods should have a user manual. If it were upto me I would have all mods come with a readme that tells you what it does how to install and what it overwrites if any.
Put the .pak file to your ~mod folder (....\Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade\End\Content\Paks\~mods). make a folder and name it ~mod if you don't have it.
